My room was not cleaned the day before I departed

Even though when we arrived earlier of the usual 3pm check in we were advised by the front desk clerk that she cannot check in any earlier than 3pm because they are under staff. We were given a room right away soon after 3pm. Room was modern, clean and good. Love their breakfast lay out and options. Location is close to everything, shopping, foods, main highways.

Really great staff. Breakfast is average. Room was good except bathroom needed some work maintenance wise (caulk). Bathroom floor did not look very clean.
NO ICE anywhere.

The rooms all had a smell of mildew. There was black mold growing on the exterior windows that I could see walking in. The bathroom fixtures were rusted. The keycards would lose their magnetism if you put them near your phone. It was $300 for one night which was crazy for the quality they provided.

It was a lovely setting, clean, and friendly staff. Special mention goes out to Dawn who kept the breakfast area well supplied, tidy, and blessed us with her warm greetings each day.

Hotel lost my reservation. Showed them confirmation. Manager said It was my mistake and they were overbooked. No rooms available. Left to find a place to stay, at midnight with my child!

The receptionist was not friendly and too slow. In general, the staff is not friendly. I was in a handicap room I don't know why

The hotel was ok. The price for the facilities and room size is good. Room looked clean but floor was not clean...

Hotel was average. After checking in we noticed the room smelled a bit damp and musty. After 20 min we noticed some condensation and small water pools on the floor. Went to front desk and he gladly swapped our rooms. Next room was good but overall experience was average. A solid 3/5 place
